Graduated from S.F. State College with B.A. degree while also attending S.F. Art Institute (California School of Fine Arts). Traveled and painted in Europe and Middle East for a year before moving to N.Y.C. Attended Hunter College and received N.Y. Teaching credential. Held various teaching positions in N.Y. and Los Angeles, 1972-1992. Returned to painting full time in 1992. Attended studio class with Martin Lubner, 1996-1998. Member of Gallery 825, Los Angeles, CA, 2000 to present.
